  2017  Permanent Trails

Permanent Trails (PT) (formerly known as Year Round Events and Seasonals), Bike Event  (R) and Round and Long Distance Walk (RLDW) are self-guided walks/ride that are in place over a fixed period of time at a specific location.

Click here to see a map showing the location of all the Permanent Trails in BC

Below is a complete list of all the PTs which are available in British Columbia in 2017. There are several ways to find a particular Permanent Trail.
The walks are listed by city in two categories - Vancouver Island and Mainland BC/Mayne Island.
Or, you can search by location:
Finally, if you are interested in registering for walks that require mail-in registration, click this button:

Group walks of Permanent Trails occur throughout the year – for more information on dates and times check with the walk contact or on the Club’s website.

Dock and Walk – Walks that indicate it is a “Dock and Walk event” go past a Cruise Ship Terminal.  Please contact the Club for information.

Please be reminded that extreme weather conditions can raise the difficulty of routes. Volkssporters should exercise caution under certain weather conditions. Caution is also advised when walking on trails after dusk.

Please note that dogs are permitted on all walks unless otherwise stated in walk information.

Notice to ALL walkers doing CVF walks in ANY part of Canada
