We undertake to ensure that the IVV / CVF Certification Stamp received by the sponsoring Club! Organization in response to this Application, will be used solely for the above Event and shall not be loaned to any Club / Organization, nor used for any non - sanctioned event. We also undertake to ensure that the Certification Stamp for the above Event shall be used in official records books only and be returned, complete with appropriate statistics, to CVF / FCV or the respective Provincial Organization within 7 days of the Event.
